Mander Forest is a team of engineers, craftsmen and project managers specialized in passive house construction on timber frame structures. We are certified by the Passive House Institute, we manufacture in our own factory and we have built homes in five European countries — including Switzerland.

We believe a home should offer more than shelter. It should stay warm in winter with almost no heating, stay cool in summer, and feel healthy to live in every single day. That’s what passive house construction does — and that’s what we’ve built our entire process around.

Every wall, floor and roof element is produced in our factory under controlled conditions, with millimetre precision. On site, assembly takes days, not months. This is how we keep quality consistent and timelines predictable — two things we know matter when you’re building in Switzerland.

What sets us apart is not the machines. It’s the way we treat details. Airtightness, thermal bridges, vapour control — the things you never see in a finished house are the things we spend the most time on. Because that’s where the difference between a good house and an exceptional one is made.
